How to Overclock your Nokia N900 - Easy guide- [Without NitDroid]
1) Install and enable repos .

2) Open appmanager and install ;
Enhanced linux kernel for power users
Enhanced kernel for power users (settings)
3) Then reboot the device .
4) Open appmanager and install ;
qcpufreq
5) Restart the device again.
6) Then open qcpufreq .
7) Tap on the menu bar and select settings .
8) Select Enable overclocking .
9) Then scroll the Set maximum CPU frequency and select your cpu freq.
10) Done .
Note :
* Over clock will be gone after a reboot! If you are happy with your overclock situation and wanna stick with it , open qcpufreq and select "save" .
* First try max cpu freq as 750MHz or 805MHz. Dont go any higher. If you are happy with it, you can go to about 900MHz . All pros recommend that NOT TO use higher than 900MHz
